The year 2020 was very challenging, stressful, and depressing for many. Stress and lack of selfcare weighs heavily on our minds and health. We lost so many friends and family members that I knew that I had to make lifestyle changes. I want to be here to see my children graduate, attend their weddings, and meet my future grandchildren.

The year 2020 has left behind an increase in depression and anxiety and many of us are not aware of natural ways to counteract this negative impact. That's when I began my spiritual journey to help make a change.
